Contacting Clive
Calling or texting from this website opens your device’s phone or messaging service. Information you choose to send, including contact details, vehicle or equipment details, location and photos, is sent to Clive through that service. Share only what is needed for your enquiry.

Hosting and performance
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and performance services. Hosting and telecommunications providers process technical information needed to deliver their services, including network requests. Their own privacy notices also apply.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, visit sources, device and country information and page performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage to identify visitors, and does not track people across websites. These measurements can be incomplete when scripts are blocked. Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you enable Google Analytics in Settings or Analytics preferences and select Save choices, or select Accept all. You can choose Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity separately when they are available. Reject optional keeps both optional services blocked and leaves all service information, call links and text links available. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to nine months. A functional refusal cookie can preserve disabled choices if browser storage fails. A browser that blocks both methods may ask again on your next visit.
If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and events on this website. We measure page views and taps on call and text links, together with a page path and a general link position. A tap does not confirm that a call connected, a text was sent or a job was booked.
Our events do not include contact details, vehicle details, location lookup text or message contents. Page queries and fragments are removed from the page address sent by our code, and referring addresses are limited to their origin. Avoid including personal information in website addresses. Google also processes technical request information under its own policies and may process information outside Australia.
We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals in our website configuration. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites.
Changing your analytics choice
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choices. Disabling Google Analytics stops further events from our tracking code and clears the Google Analytics cookies it can access. It does not erase information already processed by Google. Your choices apply to this browser; other browsers and devices have their own choices. An earlier Google Analytics choice does not grant permission for Microsoft Clarity.
Optional Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity provides session replays and heatmaps to help us understand how people use this website. It loads only after you enable Microsoft Clarity in Settings or Analytics preferences and select Save choices, or select Accept all. Choosing Google Analytics alone does not enable Clarity. Reject optional keeps both optional services blocked.
If you accept Clarity, Microsoft processes interactions such as page views, scrolling, clicks, page layout and technical device information. Clarity uses cookies, including _clck and _clsk, to associate activity with a browser and session. Microsoft may process this information outside Australia under its own policies. We do not send visitor names, contact details, message contents or identity tags to Clarity, and we do not enable advertising consent in our Clarity configuration.
Microsoft and Sampson Heavy Diesel Services act as independent data controllers under Clarity’s terms. Those terms allow Microsoft to collect or receive personal information from this website for Microsoft Advertising, improve its products and services and create advertising profiles. Information that is not personal may also be used for research, development and AI model training and evaluation. Our advertising consent setting does not override these broader terms.
Our website applies strict text masking across the page before Clarity loads. Inputs, the suburb and postcode lookup and its results are also masked. Masking reduces what appears in recordings; it does not prevent Microsoft from receiving technical request information. Clarity is blocked on addresses with query strings or fragments and on paths outside our published pages because page addresses can contain personal information.
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to withdraw Clarity permission. We stop capture, clear the Clarity cookies our website can access and reload the page to end the active Clarity runtime. Activity collected before withdrawal may finish processing. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by Microsoft. Your choices are stored in this browser for up to nine months and apply only to this browser. A functional refusal cookie can keep disabled choices off if browser storage fails. If neither method can save your refusal, the website explains the problem and reloads this page with optional analytics disabled. Existing Google Analytics permission does not grant Clarity permission.

Location lookup and site files
The suburb and postcode lookup runs in your browser using a downloaded Victorian locality dataset. Lookup text is not sent to a lookup provider or included in our analytics events. Fonts and assembly files are served with the website.
Accessing the content
The assembly viewer is optional. Service information and contact details are also available as text. Automatic views change every 3.5 seconds while the viewer is visible. Use Pause to stop the tour and camera motion, Next angle to change view, or choose an assembly. Your device’s reduced motion preference stops automatic movement and slide changes.
You can use a keyboard to reach links, buttons, the assembly selector and the location search. If something on this website is difficult to use, call or text Clive on 0474 372 852.
